Essential Mist

Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment that uses natural plant extracts and essential oils to enhance emotional health & well-being.

How to use:
- Use as a pillow & linen spray before resting
- Spray on clothing before getting dressed*
- Use as part of your spiritual or meditative practice
- Freshen any space without the use of a candle, such as: inside your car, on your fabric furniture, cloth shower curtain, carpets/rugs etc.

This Essential Mist contains only clean, natural ingredients derived from plants. Free from "fragrance oils", chemical perfumes, phthalates and alcohol.

*Essential Mists cannot safely ship during winter months, this is why they may be showing out of stock.*

Ingredients:
Pure aromatherapeutic-grade essential oils & aromatic extract blends, alcohol-free Witch Hazel distillates (Witch Hazel extracts), Purified Water/Aqua, quartz chips (to assist in mixing)

Shake to combine before each use. External use only, do not consume.
*some essential oils, like cinnamon, can cause redness when applied directly to the skin
